CRI Wins $1.9M Blanket Purchase Agreement for USDA/APHIS ePermits Operations and Maintenance Support

McLean, Virginia – August 2016 – Communications Resource, Inc. (CRI), a full-service technology systems integrator, has been awarded a $1.9M contract to provide comprehensive electronic permitting system support (ePermits) to the US Department of Agriculture(USDA)/Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to aid USDA’s mission to protect American agriculture and natural resources. CRI will manage operations and maintenance of the ePermits system.

Additionally, CRI’s long-standing experience in technical architecture provides the necessary expertise to facilitate the integration of numerous existing systems into a more streamlined platform.

Victoria Johnson, CRI President and CEO, states, “Incorporating over two decades of experience supporting application investments, it is our goal to ensure that APHIS’s ePermit system remain reliable and to also provide the ingenuity necessary for a seamless transition to their new enterprise system in 2017.”
